The renowned Buena Vista Kitchen Club, founded by six of Switzerland’s most famous and esteemed chefs, will present its first exclusive event at The Chedi Andermatt. These outstanding chefs, who have shaped the Swiss culinary scene for decades, come together for an unforgettable occasion, celebrating the flavors and techniques of their illustrious careers.
The club's founders – André Jaeger, Wolfgang Kuchler, Franz Wiget, Robert Speth, Martin Dalsass, and Dario Ranza – represent exceptional culinary mastery and have made a name for themselves in the finest restaurants across Switzerland. Although many of them now enjoy a well-deserved retirement, their extraordinary skills and sense of culinary innovation remain as strong as ever.
In collaboration with The Japanese’s talented head chefs Dominik Sato and Fabio Toffolon, the Buena Vista Kitchen Club will present an exquisite menu, showcasing the signature style of each member: Wolfgang Kuchler will serve foie gras, Dario Ranza will prepare octopus, Martin Dalsass presents cavatelli, André Jaeger crafts a delicate fish course, Franz Wiget will prepare the main course, and Robert Speth will complete the experience with a fine selection of cheeses. Guests can also look forward to refined amuse-bouches and tempting desserts.
